Simple subs like coconut aminos for soy sauce, and homemade nut cheese or avocado for cheese help to round out our options along with simple staples like homemade mayo, and homemade condiments like ketchup, mustard and relish can make all the difference.
BTW… We feel strongly about supporting small, sustainability focused farmers like those you can find from places like Butcher Box and Crowd Cow, but most of these recipes can be easily transformed into meat free versions using products like Beyond Meat as well.
