Black Cocoa Cake + Chocolate Buttercream + Valrhona Shavings finished with organic dark berries and edible flowers.
Chocolate lovers! This is a dark rich gluten and dairy free cake made with Pineapple Collaborative's The Olive Oil and The ACV, raw black cacao and dark chocolate. Buttercream made with grass fed butter and Valrhona chocolate.
This cake is a 6" three layer but I can make this in just about any size or format with or without dairy in the buttercream.
