Cobram Estate Olive Oil Is Gloriously Unrefined

Cobram Estate Olive Oil Is Gloriously Unrefined

There’s not a lot of room to hide in a bottle of olive oil. Industry standards require that extra virgin olive oil must have an acidity below 0.8% and taste like fresh olives. Those kind of requirements don’t allow a lot of wiggle room for funky additives or chemicals. At Cobram Estate, they don’t allow themselves any wiggle room at all.

Cobram Estate was founded by two farmers who met at agriculture school, who shared a passion for the freshest, best-tasting olive oil. With that in mind, they set out to make the dream come true.

What really sets Cobram Estate apart is its incredible freshness. They grow their own olives, from seedlings, on both U.S. and Australian soil. This ensures their customers always get the freshest product available, since they’ve harvesting twice per year, on two continents. Their state-of-the-art bottling facilities ensure each and every drop is of the highest quality. As soon as the oil is bottled, it’s shipped directly to stores.

Cobram olive oil has an acidity below 0.3% (take that, industry standards), it’s chock full of flavor-packed polyphenols to reduce inflammation, fight aging and boost weight gain, and it tastes incredible, too. It can also hold its health at high temperatures.

Here at Clean Made, we have a choice of olive oils, but we choose Cobram Estates. Which will you choose?
