Bakeology: The Art & Science of Better Baked Goods

Bakeology: The Art & Science of Better Baked Goods

We've got goods news and bad news.

The bad news first:

If you were dreaming of starting the very first cookie company whose products are:

-Bite-Sized

-Crunchy

-Super delicious

-Gluten-Free

-Vegan

-Non-GMO Verified

-Preservative-Free

-All Natural

and

-Part of 1% For The Planet

we're sorry to inform you, somebody else got to it first.

Now for the good news!

For the rest of us, Bakeology is that company, and these cookies are so delicious, you'd never guess they're made with good-for-us ingredients.

They were started by Dawn and Sasha, a mother-daughter team in California. The duo set out to make craveable treats with outstanding flavor, using pure and sustainable ingredients, while maintaining environmental integrity. Achievement unlocked.

What do we mean by "pure and sustainable ingredients"? They're things you know, whole foods you can pronounce. Like organic cane sugar. They use organic coconut oil (in place of butter), and organic flax (instead of egg). Instead of wheat flour, Bakeology uses almond meal, rice flour, and tapioca starch.

As far as we can tell, they're pretty much perfect. They aren't Paleo or nut-free, but if that's not your jam anyway, than maybe these really are the perfect cookies.

Find them at a store near you.
